White Bodied Caucus

Workshop Description

The White Bodied Caucus (WBC) is a weekly to bi-weekly gathering for White bodied individuals who wish to invest in transforming and healing the injustices of racial inequality - in the world, our society, our communities and within ourselves - as a path to healing the Earth. The Racial & Social Justice Initiative’s (RSJI) ‘Building a Relational Culture’ model will act as our compass, guiding us through 12 Manifestations of Relational Culture and of White Supremacy Culture. This framework will be paired with experiential somatic processes, as we acknowledge we cannot heal through a lens of shame. This is a peer centered space where we all are learning together in order to create healing change within our internal and external worlds.

This workshop is hybrid, giving everyone the option to arrive to class in person or via Zoom.

Participants are asked to commit to the full 8 sessions in order to honor the deep racial healing work of this cohort while we address 12 Manifestations of White Supremacy Culture that impact and cause harm collectively and interpersonally.

Price

White Bodied Caucus offers 3 levels of contribution to make this workshop accessible to anyone called to participate:

  • Giving Tree: $777 - Mutual Aid: This amount covers the cost for you and to help support another individual in attending. 

  • Shooting Star: $555 - Foundation cost: This is the foundation cost that covers one person attending.

  • Golden Spiral: $444 - Supported: Supported cost for individuals in need of mutual aid. 

Fund Allocation
